Thanks to new Opinew admin app block, you are now able to see the state of your review requests for each customer from your Shopify admin. Searching for a particular review is over and you can easily see all of the reviews your customers has left directly from the customer details.
How to set up Opinew app block
Step 1: Navigate to your customers tab in your Shopify admin.
Step 2: Select a customer and under the App blocks section select + App block and choose Opinew Reviews App from
You are all set! You only have to add the app block for one customer and it will show for all. Now let’s review the functionality of Opinew app block.
Manage your review requests: You are able to go over all of the review requests that have been sent/scheduled for each particular customer. You are able to view the request that will redirect you directly to Opinew reviews app.
Manage reviews : If a customer left a review, you are able to see all of the important information – product, star rating, review text and the day. On top of that, you are able to see the state of the review, such as whether the review has been published or replied to.
