Someone asked a question about one of your products and you want to answer it, but don’t know how. Don’t worry, it’s very easy.
Read through our step by step guide, or watch our video tutorial to quickly get started and learn how to answer a question.
First, let’s find the question and answers section:
- On the menu, click on “Questions and Answers”.
You’ll notice that on the right side table, the questions for all products will be displaying. Below you’ll see the ‘Answered’ and ‘Unanswered’ buttons.
- Click the ‘Unanswered’ button.
2. The unanswered questions will be displayed. See the question you want to answer and click the ‘Answer’ button.
3. Answer the question in the second text field.
4. Before You click “Answer”, consider checking the box that says “Make public” if you think this question might be relevant to other potential customers.
5. And now simply click “Answer”.
That’s it! You’ve answered the question.
