Opinew allows you to import product reviews from other marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay or AliExpress in a few clicks and in bulk using our in-app importer.
If you are using Google Chrome, we recommend installing Opinew’s Chrome Extension for importing, allowing you to import in one click and in bulk thousands of reviews.

Step 1: Install Opinew and go to Import Reviews
Once you have Opinew installed and products added to your Shopify store, open the Opinew app and head over to Reviews > Import Reviews.
Step 2: Choose your product
Click on the product you want to import reviews for on the left side table and you will be met with Opinew’s importer settings.
Step 3: Fill In Import Settings
In order to pick the source you want to import from, just paste the correct product URL from Amazon, eBay or AliExpress and Opinew will automatically recognize from which marketplace you are importing.
Import settings available:
- Choose how many reviews you’d like to import. (depending on your plan’s limit)
- Translate reviews to the language of preference.
- Decide if there is a minimum amount of words needed on the review to import it.
- Automatic Synchronization. (available from the Growth plan and only on Amazon and eBay imports)
- Import only reviews with images or not.
- Approve all imported reviews.
- Choose to replace your reviewer name. Example: Change A***B with something more trustworthy like Alan B. (available only on eBay imports)
Once you are done, click on “Import” and wait for a few seconds for your reviews to be imported from your desired marketplace.
Step 4: Actions Available For Imported Reviews
Actions available once an import is successful:
- Go to Manage Reviews, to publish/unpublish reviews.
- Automatically synchronize new reviews if your plan is eligible.
- Delete all reviews that were imported by clicking on the “trash” icon.
